Redemption process with Ruby Sweeps

Redeeming with Ruby Sweeps is easier than ever! 


To redeem your Emeralds, simply click on the “Redeem” option in the main menu.

Here, you will be asked to enter your full name and bank details then you're done!  You've created a redemption reservation! 🎉

The full redemption process can take up to 7 days but is expected to be much shorter than that!


Please note:

  • Redemptions are not processed on the weekends or on bank holidays.
  • Redemptions can be sent to a traditional bank account, Cash App, or Chime. 
    • If you are using Cash App or Chime for your redemption, please ensure that you add your account and routing number to your redemption reservation. We cannot process a redemption to your card number. 
  • There can only be one pending reservation on your account at a time. 
    • If you would like to make another reservation while you have one pending, please reach out to the Customer Support team via a Reverse Reservation ticket. Our team will reach out with some options for you! 
  • If a redemption is $600 or over, then we are required to provide you with an IRS 1099-MISC form. Contact the Ruby Sweeps Support Team if you need copies of this form.
    • Please contact an appropriate tax advisor if you require assistance filling out your IRS 1099-MISC form as we cannot provide you with any assistance or advice.

We've just updated Ruby Sweeps to display you 5 most recent redemptions!

You'll be able to see your 5 most recent redemptions on the redemption page along with their processing status. 

  • Pending: Your reservation is waiting on approval for processing.
  • Succeeded: Your redemption has been processed (Please note redemptions are not processed on weekends or bank holidays)

Failed: Your redemption has failed. You can expect an email from our Redemption Team following up regarding a failed redemption.
