Redemption process with Ruby Sweeps

Redeeming with Ruby Sweeps is easier than ever! 

To redeem your Emeralds simply click on the “Redeem” option in the main menu. Here, you will be asked to enter your bank details and you're done.

The redemption process can take up to 5 business days but is expected to be much shorter than that!

Please note:

  • Redemptions are not processed on the weekends or on bank holidays.
  • Redemptions can be sent to a traditional bank account, Cash App, or Chime. 
    • If you are using Cash App or Chime for your redemption, please ensure that you add your account and routing number to your redemption reservation. We cannot process a redemption to your card number. 
  • If a redemption is $600 or over, then we are required to provide you with an IRS 1099-MISC form. Contact the Ruby Sweeps Support Team if you need copies of this form.
    • Please contact an appropriate advisor if you require assistance filling out your IRS 1099-MISC form as we cannot provide you with any assistance or advice.
  • If you have recently requested a redemption, you will see a pending notification on your account. Once your redemption has been processed, the notification will be cleared as it is no longer pending and has been sent to your elected account. The redemption will clear once your elected financial provider has completed their transaction processing.
    • If there are any issues with your redemption, our Redemption Team will reach out to update you on the status of your redemption and to collect any information necessary to complete your redemption.
