November Referral Program

Please follow the steps below to be eligible for this promotion:

• To get a custom Referral Code:

  • Reach out through our Customer Support Team chat and select the "Referral Program" option.
  • Select the "I want a referral code" option.
    • This will create a Customer Support Team ticket for our team to generate a unique Referral Link to provide to your friends and family. This only applies for new players signed up in November.
      
      
• Rewards for referring a player: 
  
  • $4.99 Coin Bundle for every player you refer.
    • This player must be KYC verified to be able to be eligible to claim this reward.
  • You can refer as many players as you want within the month of November!

• Once you have referred a player:

  • Reach out through the Customer Support Chat and select the "Referral Program" option.
  • Select "I have referred a player".
    • This will raise a Customer Support Team ticket to confirm your referral eligibility.
    • If eligible, Customer Support will reach out with a Gift Code as a thank you for your referral! 

• If you have been referred by a player:

  • Reach out through the Customer Support Chat and select the "Referral Program" option.

  • Select "I have been referred by a player".

    • This will raise a ticket for us to confirm all steps have been met before allocating your reward.

• • Once eligible by verifying your account, you will instantly earn a free $9.99 Coin Bundle and you will receive a 50% Matchplay code on your next $9.99- or $19.99-Coin Bundle purchase from Customer Support!
  
  
  Terms and Conditions: The Referral Program bonus can be claimed from 6pm Thursday November 2nd until 11:59pm Thursday November 30st, 2023. The bonus can be claimed once per friend referred for a complimentary $4.99 Coin Bundle, this will include 5,000 Gold Coins and 5 Emeralds. The bonus for the referred player will be a 50% match play code for a $9.99- or $19.99-Coin Bundle. Users must be KYC verified in order to receive the bonus and must be a new player signed up in November. The refer-a-friend bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other bonuses.
