      Here's everything you need to know about Ruby Sweeps!

      Currencies

      • What are the two different currencies?
        • Ruby Sweeps includes two currencies: Gold Coins and Emeralds
      • What is the difference between Gold Coins and Emeralds?
        • Gold Coins are our social currency that can be used within the games.
        • Emeralds are our currency you can play and redeem with. 
      • Can you switch between Gold Coins and Emeralds?
        • You can switch between Gold Coins and Emeralds easily when in the game. 
        • You can switch at the start of your game play within the pop-up or swap by pressing the spiral arrow at the bottom of your game screen by your balance.

      Games and Troubleshooting

      • Why is my screen blank when I go to the Ruby Sweeps website?
        • If you have clicked on the link to head over to Ruby Sweeps and you notice a white screen then there are a few things that could be causing this.
          • Ruby Sweeps is currently only available in select states across the United States. 
            • Alabama
            • Arizona
            • California
            • Connecticut
            • Florida
            • Georgia
            • Illinois
            • Michigan
            • Mississippi
            • New Jersey
            • North Carolina
            • Tennessee
            • Texas
            • Wisconsin

          • To ensure that this is accurate, we must block VPNs from being able to access the site. Therefore, if you are attempting to access Ruby Sweeps from a VPN or other similar service you will not be given access to the site.
          • If you are in any of the above states and are attempting to access Ruby Sweeps through a VPN, you should be able to access Ruby Sweeps once you have turned off your VPN.
          • If you are in any of the above states and are not using a VPN but are experiencing this issue, please reach out to and we will help to troubleshoot your problem.

        Redemptions

        • How does the redemption process work?
          • To redeem your Emeralds, simply click on the “Redeem” option in the main menu. Here, you will be asked to enter your bank account details then enter the number of Emeralds you would like to redeem. If successful, your redemption will then be processed and sent to your bank account without the need for you to play live paper-based bingo.
          • As always, you will need to ensure your details have been entered correctly to avoid any potential disappointment with a delay in receiving your redemption.
